Weapon Inspection Timing 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM Monday to Friday (Except Govt. Holidays).

Total 14 types Arms applications are being accepted online on the portal saralharyana.gov.in.

1. Issuance of New Arms Licence
  • 2 ID’s (Aadhar card, voter card, Driving licence, Electricity bill, Bank passbook, ration card, Passport)
  • Copy of 10th marksheet (age proof).
  • Training certificate issued by police department or NCC certificate.
  • Color photographs of safe storage (Almirah) on Form S-2.
  • Medical certificate on Form S-3.
  • Non-criminal affidavit attested by notary.
  • If applicant apply for legal heir so no objection affidavit by all members of family.
2. Renewal of Arms Licence
  • 2 ID’s (Aadhar card, voter card, Driving licence, Electricity bill, Bank passbook, ration card, Passport)
  • Complete colour pdf of Arms Licence.
  • Color photographs of safe storage (Almirah) on Form S-2.
  • Medical certificate on Form S-3.
  • Undertaking for non-criminal.
  • Whether the licensee has late applied for renewal more than a month, if yes, the licensee will upload an affidavit giving reason for delay in renewal.
  • Original arms booklet will be deposit after accepted the application and weapons will be inspected.
3. Acquisition of Firearm
  • 2 ID’s (Aadhar card, voter card, Driving licence, Electricity bill, Bank passbook, ration card, Passport)
  • Complete colour pdf of Arms Licence.
  • Original arms booklet will be deposit after accepted the application.
4. Endorsement of Weapon in Arms Licence
  • 2 ID’s (Aadhar card, voter card, Driving licence, Electricity bill, Bank passbook, ration card, Passport)
  • Complete colour pdf of Arms Licence.
  • Original invoice by dealers.
  • If purchased from licensee so affidavit and licensee’s arms license will be upload.
  • At the time of weapon inspection (colour photo of weapon, original invoice or affidavit and arms booklet).
5. Sale or Transfer or Gift of Weapon
  • 2 ID’s (Aadhar card, voter card, Driving licence, Electricity bill, Bank passbook, ration card, Passport)
  • Complete colour pdf of Arms Licence.
  • 45 days sale notice.
  • In case of death of licensee (affidavit by legal heir).
  • If applicant will applied after expiry of license so he will upload an affidavit for cancellation of arms license.
6. Deletion of Weapon from Arms Licence
  • 2 ID’s (Aadhar card, voter card, Driving licence, Electricity bill, Bank passbook, ration card, Passport)
  • Complete colour pdf of Arms Licence.
  • Purchase invoice will be upload and deposit in branch originally.
  • If sale to any licensee so will be upload affidavit and arms license of buyer.
  • Sale permission letter issued by authority.
  • Original arms booklet will be deposit after accepted the application.
7. Extension of Area Validity of Arms Licence
  • 2 ID’s (Aadhar card, voter card, Driving licence, Electricity bill, Bank passbook, ration card, Passport)
  • Firearms training certificate by police department.
  • Medical certificate on S-3.
  • Documents for area extension like business, job and other profession.
  • Original arms booklet will be deposit after police verification.
8. Registration of Outside License
  • 2 ID’s (Aadhar card, voter card, Driving licence, Electricity bill, Bank passbook, ration card, Passport)
  • Firearms training certificate by police department.
  • Color photographs of safe storage (Almirah) on Form S-2.
  • Non criminal affidavit.
9. Change of Address within the Jurisdiction
  • ID’s (Aadhar card, voter card, Driving licence, Electricity bill, Bank passbook, ration card, Passport)
  • Complete colour pdf of Arms Licence.
10. Extension of Purchase period of Weapon
  • ID’s (Aadhar card, voter card, Driving licence, Electricity bill, Bank passbook, ration card, Passport)
  • Complete colour pdf of Arms Licence.
  • Original arms booklet will be deposit after accepted the application.
11. Conversion of one type of weapon to another type
  • 2 ID’s (Aadhar card, voter card, Driving licence, Electricity bill, Bank passbook, ration card, Passport)
  • Complete colour pdf of Arms Licence.
  • Original arms booklet will be deposit after accepted the application.
12. Issuance of Duplicate Arms Licence
  • 2 ID’s (Aadhar card, voter card, Driving licence, Electricity bill, Bank passbook, ration card, Passport)
  • Affidavit with reason.
  • Original arms booklet will be deposit after accepted the application.
13. Change of Quantity of Ammunition
  • ID’s (Aadhar card, voter card, Driving licence, Electricity bill, Bank passbook, ration card, Passport)
  • Complete colour pdf of Arms Licence.
  • Original arms booklet will be deposit after accepted the application.
14. Cancellation or Suspension or Revocation of Arms Licence
  • ID’s (Aadhar card, voter card, Driving licence, Electricity bill, Bank passbook, ration card, Passport)
  • Complete colour pdf of Arms Licence.
  • A hand written application for reason of cancellation.
  • Original arms booklet will be deposit after accepted the application.
